The London to Brecon, Snowdon & Peak District Petrolhead Rally has been designed specifically to give drivers the opportunity to join other like-minded car enthusiasts in taking in some of the best- known roads and passes the UK has to offer!
Leaving our London starting location, we’ll drive West and take the twists and turns of the famous Black Mountain Pass as we enter our first stop – The Brecon Beacons National Park. The road, nicknamed “Top Gear Road” after being driven on the hit show, offers fantastic hairpins climbs you have to experience to appreciate. Arriving at our hotel, we’ll have welcome drinks and a BBQ.
Leaving Brecon and heading for Snowdonia, you’ll get all the ingredients needed for the ultimate drive as we head West from Rhayader and take in all the scenery. From near-perfect tarmac, long sweeping bends and amazing views in all directions, you’ll pass waterfalls, valleys and spectacular views with perfect backdrops for photo opportunities.
Arriving at our luxury accommodation, we’ll have time for our Clay Shooting activity before dinner, and a Gin tasting session!
The 3rd day of this rally takes us from Snowdonia to the Peak District, and what UK rally would be complete without being given the chance to drive the most renowned Snake Pass! Heading up to the most North point of the National Park, we’ll cross the Pennines as we head along this iconic pass, with an elevation of 1,680 feet (510m) above sea level, en route to our final hotel for an evening of dinner and drinks, before venturing out to a well-known bar to continue the drinks and celebrate the experience you’ve just had over the last few days.
